Description of problem:

Right click on nm-applet icon --> configure vpn 
Either add existing connection or create new 
we are now in "Editing vpn connection" on the vpn menu
click "Advanced"  hash in "Use point-to-point encryption (MPPE)
<Click> OK and OK and now have exited the connection editor 

Use point-to-point encryption (MPPE) selections don't get stored/remenberd

Same goes for ipv4 --> Routes entry's or selection don't get stored there either

Just did a fresh install of F10Preview fully updated it to rawhide 
this issue is no longer present and can be closed as FIXED
