patch against mash-0.4.1/utils/treediff

When I looked at mash yesterday, I recalled that I still have a
patch for treediff to make it group+sort the New and Removed
packages at the beginning. In my opinion this improves readability.

Treediff isn't used anymore.  The rawhide production scripts use repodiff from yum-utils to generate the report.

Treediff should probably be removed from the mash repo.
