This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 10 development cycle.
Changing version to '10'.

A bit of detective work revealed that they are in fact in Korean, but the encoding was busted up in a former attempt from 2003 to convert to utf-8. Fixed now upstream.
