Fedora is trying to consolidate all packages that are using crypto stuff to use NSS. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraCryptoConsolidation
Can you double check if the program can support an alternate crypto library? if not, it would be nice if you could propose the change upstream (bonus points for providing them a patch :))

Apart from this, the spec is clean, maybe a bit too much :) since I can't see anything in the %files section...

it also fails to build in much with:

Gianluca - 

It appears that upstream has abandoned this project as OpenDHT has essentially been abandoned as well. They claim that they will start a new project to work around OpenDHT but they haven't released any code for this project. I should have closed this ticket a while ago. 
I apologize, I should have been more proactive in closing this ticket.
