The 0.24.6-1 package that was imported to brew is the one we need, and it includes the fixes we need.  I ACK the package.

The 0.24.6-1 package requires ruby-libs on RHEL5, but not on RHEL4.  ruby-libs is not current available from base RHEL4 or 5.
