Description of problem:
Running powertop, npviewer runs at a constant 99.6-99.7 interrupts (per second?), appears to consume a constant 5.6% of wakeups on an otherwise idle system.

Appears to consume more CPU than firefox (when idle).....

Can this be "improved"?
