Description of problem:

I noticed that 'yum update' advised me to run yum-complete-transaction in order to complete some unfinished transactions first but yum-complete-transaction was nowhere to be found in my system until I installed yum-utils

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
yum-3.2.19-5.fc10.noarch

yum-utils should be installed together with yum, if yum is to inform you to run a tool that doesn't exist otherwise!

yum-utils is in the base group in fedora. If you installed from anaconda yum-utils is already installed.

I updated from F9, what happens then ? Nothing?
