Patch to add XP 64 as a Windows variant

Choosing "Windows XP" as the OS causes a VM to be created with no ACPI support and no APIC but Windows XP 64 (which is really closer to Windows 2003) will not install in such a machine.

The attached patch adds a separate XP 64 OS variant which creates a VM with ACPI and APIC support.
