Description Michael Cutler 2008-10-21 15:11:43 UTC
Description of problem:

During a text-mode install there is no way to remove @dial-up & @java from the installation list. Unticking everything in the package list still installs "@core, @dial-up, @java" ... yet from the graphical installer these optional packages can be removed. Please add '@dial-up' & '@java' to the text-mode package selection list so they too can be removed during installation.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

  Fedora-10-Snap2-i386-DVD.iso

How reproducible:

  Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install from Fedora-10-Snap2-i386-DVD.iso in text-mode
2. During package selection un-tick everything
3. Complete installation and check anaconda-ks.cfg

Actual results:

With everything unticked from the text-mode package selection menu @core, @dial-up & @java are installed.

Expected results:

With everything unticked from the text-mode package selection menu only "@core" should be installed.
