The comportment the touch ^ isn't normal to all KDE software and no the others software.

Actual Results:  
When use the ^ touch to the accent for example, no display correctly.
For example : même => m^eme. It's note normal, and only KDE's software are concern by this bug. Not GNOME, etc.


French installation normal...
