OK, seems to make immediate sense under the general Developlment section (8.2), but I'm not sure it belongs under the Tools. The KDE stuff is more about the packages and etc., which doesn't really go in to the tools (QT stuff, etc.).

The Embedded seems like tooling, though. We can move that over, but I'll leave that for when we finish thinking about the KDE stuff.

That same thought crossed my mind. I also wondered whether under something like devel/packages there shouldn't be a pointer to the new libvirt as well. Seems like it belongs under devel but it also belongs under virtualization where it is. I suspect there are a hundred library changes, tho, and I'm not optimistic of our chances of tracking them down.

I agree the embedded feels more like tooling. NetBeans seems almost on the edge, tho.
