Description of problem:
ktechlab depends gpsim. If gpsim is not pulled up with ktechlab during the latter's build, ktechlab does not have the support of microcontrollers.

Unfortunately with BOTH F-8 and F9, ktechlab cannot pull gpsim during the build, thus no microcontroller support.

But if ktechlab builds under gpsim-0.22.0-8.fc9.i386, it supports microcontrollers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install  gpsim-0.22.0-5.fc9.i386
2. rebuild ktechlab
3. no microcontroller support on ktechlab
  

Please push gpsim-0.22.0-8.fc9.i386 to stable for both F-8 and F-9 as soon as possible.

I would prefer that you add me in the CC: list of gpsim so that I can be notified with you update gpsim. Everytime you update gpsim (your task), ktechlab needs to be rebuilt(my task).
