Description of problem:
when editing pre-existing partitions and selecting the radio button "migrate to" anaconda trace backs. The partition in question was the /boot/efi, vfat partition on ia64.

anaconda-11.1.2.151-1

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a partition from previous install 
2. While editing it, click the radio button "Migrate to"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select custom partitioning
2. Select the /boot/efi partition from previous install
3. While editing it, click the radio button "Migrate to"

tested with http://msivak.fedorapeople.org/anaconda/lukscb.img and no traceback, migrated /boot/efi partition to vfat and 2nd install completed without errors. system boots.
