Description of problem:

When running yum install spacewalk-proxy-installer, the spacewalk-proxy-html is put into the transaction, and rpm shows errors.

Hmm, this is already fixed in spacewalk-proxy-html-0.2-1
But the package has not been included in repo (and has been built only for el5).

The fix is in 5c97d786faae00710f831c31418ff5612619bf07
It has been commited and package never tagged after this commit. 
I tagged this package as spacewalk-proxy-html-0.4.1-1
