1. I'd venture that only
BR: kdebase-workspace
is required here.

2.  %post/%postun ldconfig scriptlets not needed

otherwise, very simple here, pending scratch build and rpmlint tests, we're close.

It's based on than's kde-plasma-lancelot SPEC file. So we should prepare template from latest "perfect" plasma SPEC file and then propagate changes to already reviewed ones.
