Description of problem:

Selecting 'Manage Software Channels' from the Channels section causes a redirect to the login/overview page.

Have seen this in 0.2 and 0.3


How reproducible:

Can reproduce this every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to spacewalk
2. Select 'Channels' from the navigation bar
3. Select 'Manage Software Channels' from the side bar
  
Actual results:

You get redirected to /rhn/ReLogin.do?url_bounce=/network/software/channels/manage/index.pxt and then redirected to /rhn/YourRhn.do

Expected results:

Expect to be able to manage software channels :)
