Description of problem:

Use the default Picture folder instead of creating an new one called photos..

1. Start f-spot and import photos..

Actual results:

A new folder gets created in the users home directory 
called photos.

Expected results:

F-spot using the Pictures folder by default instead of creating a new folder
called Photos.
