Description of problem: Cannot install gcc 
Package kernel-headers-2.6.27.5-94.fc10.i386.rpm is not signed

when you change gpgcheck=1 to gpgcheck=0 you can install gcc with no problems but disabling the check for signed packages doesnt seem like a good solution to install development packages

rel-eng has now signed that (and other missed) packages.
