Can't do anything with an strace, I need a stack trace:

crash log on RHEL5.2

Hi, Nocera

This is the crash log with RHEL5.2,

and the first attachment [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=323555]
is the stack trace

and the attachment in #comment1 is some debug log when rhythmbox freezing:
.....
select(24, [23], NULL, NULL, NULL) = 1 (in [23])
read(23, "HTTP/1.1 200 OK\r\nServer: Mathopd/"..., 4096) = 270
stat64("/etc/localtime", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=405, ...}) = 0
stat64("/etc/localtime", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=405, ...}) = 0
stat64("/etc/localtime", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=405, ...}) = 0
stat64("/etc/localtime", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=405, ...}) = 0
gettimeofday({1226652332, 60566}, NULL) = 0
write(23, "HEAD /all/05-Mash%20Up%20The%20DJ"..., 165) = 165
read(23, 0xa9c4dec, 4096) = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable)

Comment 5 Bastien Nocera 2008-11-17 12:48:29 UTC
The attachment in comment 1 is the output of strace (system call trace, not a stack trace). The gdb output in comment 4 is what I'm after, but you're missing all the necessary symbols available in the debuginfo packages.

See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/StackTraces for instructions on how to get a useful stacktrace of the crash.
