Xorg log file

Description of problem:

I have an ATI HD 3200 graphics chip (RS780M/RS780MN), and using the radeonhd driver with Option "DRI" to turn on DRI, it fails to turn on DRI.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

xorg-x11-drv-radeonhd-1.2.3-1.2.20081014git

How reproducible:

Everytime X starts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure xorg.conf with Option "DRI"
2. Start X.
3.

Actual results:

This is the error from the Xorg.0.log file:

(EE) RADEONHD(0): RHDDRIVersionCheck: drmOpen("radeon", "pci:0000:01:05.0") failed.
(WW) RADEONHD(0): RHDDRIPreInit: Version check failed. Disabling DRI.

Expected results:

DRI should start.

Additional info:

I have attached the Xorg.0.log file, as well, as the xorg.conf.

The only chips with acceleration support are R5xx (which includes RS600 and RS690, but nothing else with 6xx in it).

Ergo: There is no open source acceleration/DRI support for your chip. There will be, some time, but when that time will be, is not known yet.
