RHEL4 spec needs to not try to semanage, RHEL4 can likely have SELinux disabled More specifically, the condor_startd should run in an unconfined context on RHEL4 by default This is fixed in 7.2.0-0.3 An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report.
