Description of problem:
Creating a contacts in Contacts View will get "e-utils-WARNING":

initial setting of an image.  no scaling
scale = 1

(evolution:22855): e-utils-WARNING **: calling e_icon_factory_get_icon_filename with unknown icon_size value (48)
new dimensions = (48,48)
we need to scale up
scale = 1
......

evolution-2.12.3-8.el5_2.3

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  launch evolution in terminal and go to Contacts View
2. press "Ctrl+N" or click "Add" to add a contacts
3.   get this error message in terminal
  
Actual results:
Get e-utils-WARNING message.

Expected results:
No warning messages.

This bug/component is not included in scope for RHEL-5.11.0 which is the last RHEL5 minor release. This Bugzilla will soon be CLOSED as WONTFIX (at the end of RHEL5.11 development phase (Apr 22, 2014)).
