Description of problem:
Fedora 9 (KDE) shipped with PackageKit GTK, whilst Fedora 10 (KDE) shipped with PackageKit Qt.  After upgrading my Fedora 9 (KDE) system to Fedora 10 (KDE), I expected PackageKit to be changed to the Qt version but it was not.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start with 32-bit x86 system with clean install of Fedora 9/KDE
2. insert KDE Fedora 10 cd and reboot; choose UpGrade System
3. wait for upgrade to complete, reboot, log in.
4. launch PackageKit; you will notice it is GTK version by either looking at the ABOUT PACKAGEKIT splash, or notice that there are little checkboxes to install new apps (whereas Qt version has big green plus signs to the right).

  
Actual results:
PackageKit is still 100% functional, but is GTK version

Expected results:
I thought PackageKit would be swapped out with the Qt version, matching a cleanly installed Fedora 10/KDE system.


Additional info:
This was cosmetic only, I did not suffer any functionality from this.  To fix it, I just did a clean install, being a little afraid to break something important with a 'yum remove packagekit' and reinstalling the qt version.

True, upgrading doesn't magically get you the default packageset.
Closing->CANTFIX

In the meantime, this will help:
yum groupinstall kde-desktop

(in particular, the pkg you're looking for kpackagekit)
