Description of problem:
Packages rhn-oracle-jdbc and rhn-oracle-jdbc-tomcat5 can be safely removed from satellite 5.3.0 they aren't required by any other packages.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install satellite 5.3.0
2. rpm -q rhn-oracle-jdbc  rhn-oracle-jdbc-tomcat5
3. rpm -q --whatrequires rhn-oracle-jdbc  rhn-oracle-jdbc-tomcat5 
4. rhn-satellite restart
  
Actual results:
2. rpm -q rhn-oracle-jdbc  rhn-oracle-jdbc-tomcat5
rhn-oracle-jdbc-1.0-19.el5.noarch
rhn-oracle-jdbc-tomcat5-1.0-19.el5.noarch
