Description of problem:
The text mode installation of fedora 10 doesn't provides option to add other users than root.

Do fedora 10 installation in text mode?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install fedora 10 in text mode

Actual results:
it doesn't ask for user to add user other than root

Expected results:
ui in text mode to add other user's than root

All user creation is done in firstboot, not in anaconda itself.  It's this way in both the text and graphical interfaces.

This is an enhancement bug, i want the text mode installation ask the user to add other accounts than root as the fedora 10 installation didn't provided me this option.
