Description of problem:
Evolution: link in menu to Help Contents is not active

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evolution-2.12.3-8.el5_2.3

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click evolution menu: Help -> Contents
  
Actual results:
 * nothing happen

Expected results:
 * help displayed

 using latest 5.3 tree

You need to install the evolution-help package.

Evolution's help files are very large so we split them into a subpackage so that Evolution (sans help) would fit on the Fedora Live CD.

Granted, a warning message should be displayed if the help files aren't present, but that's not on the table for a RHEL 5 update.
