F10 - missing force install

Description of problem:
PackageKit does not give the option to install unsigned package.
I am trying to install opera ( opera-9.62.gcc4-shared-qt3.x86_64.rpm ).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
PackageKit-0.3.11-4.fc10.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double click on opera rpm file.
2.
3.

Actual results:
PackageKit starts running and puts up window over the running task.
stating " Missing signature .."
and ".. Are you sure you want to install this package?"
But there is no way to answer the question.
The only choice is close.

Expected results:
Way to force install as in Fedora F9.
