Description of problem:
In the latest gpk in rawhide selecting a package with a long description will resize the window to be long and narrow, pushing the Apply and Cancel button well below the bottom of the screen: this makes gpk very hard to use.

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a package with a long description.
  
Actual results:
1. window changes size and becomes tall.

Expected results:
1. no change in size - scrollbar for description text box.
