Description Paul Paukstelis 2008-12-18 17:33:31 UTC
Description of problem:

AVI movies inserted into OpenOffice impress 3.0 do not play during presentation, but do play in the preview mode. All gstreamer packages are installed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.0

How reproducible:
Very. Occurs with every movie I try to insert

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start new impress document
2. Insert Movie or Sound
3. Choose AVI file

Actual results:
Movie will insert and can be resized. Pushing the play button while the movie is selected will allow the movie to play in the editing window. Movie will not play and only shows a black box after switching to presentation mode.

Expected results:

Movie should play in presentation mode.

Crap, "CairoCanvas" was renamed to "Cairo" but the gstreamer patch wasn't updated to match. Fix checked in. Will be in the next F-10 update >= 3.0.0-9.11
