Description of problem:
sample.png can't be opened by Eye of Gnome

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-vfs-1.0.1-18.2 

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a png file in your computer such as sample.png
2.Run tar -cf sample.tar sample.png
3.Run eog  file:///root/sample.tar#tar:sample.png
  
Actual results:
sample.png can't be opened by Eye of Gnome

Expected results:
Verify the file sample.png can be opened by Eye of Gnome
