Description Chandrasekar Kannan 2008-12-27 08:08:09 UTC
Identity Linking modules links multiple identities into a global unified identity. There's no need to have a common key to link between identities. Penrose can link identities from Active Directory, NIS and LDAP into a single identities. The linkage information can be stored in database as well as regular LDAP directory (using SeeAlso)

Identity Linking add-on module for Penrose Studio is also included to make it easier to accommodate the linking process.

This feature is complete. It is a part of Identity Federation feature. Limitation: the linkage information can only be stored in an LDAP server.
