Mike, Can I please have guidance on how to go about this? Many thanks, Lana Lana, Mike: It should be straightforward: 1) Remove all public-facing versions of the document with the incorrect licensing notice. 2) Re-generate the document using the correct licensing notice and replace accordingly. If my understanding of your document-generation toolchain is correct, this step should be trivial for all documentation created using it. 3) For future revisions of the document, use a licensing notice only if it has been explicitly authorized by Red Hat Legal Affairs.
