mostly identical to bug 478533. all is fine, sha1sum matches (59b3ffb4aa5d2817fa91b23550ef701615c4993f hyph_es_ES.zip), license (LGPLv2+) is correct.

I suggest also including the second readme file (the one in Spanish) because it includes testing instructions.
