Description:
This module provides Access Control List style path protection, with
arbitrary rules for Catalyst applications. It operates only on the
Catalyst private namespace, at least at the moment.

- everything is pretty much standard for a perl module
- builds fine in local mock
- rpmlint is clean on both source and binary
- upstream license and the one in spec coincide (GPL+ or Artistic), 
- sha1sum is OK ( 827f4a56a04ab65fabccb8ca09c3ce6834d19567 Catalyst-Plugin-Authorization-ACL-0.10.tar.gz )
- Provides and Requires seem sane.
- make test passes ok.
