Steps to reproduce:
execute command dmraid -l

Expected results:
one of the line from the output should be:
isw: Intel Software RAID (0,1,5,01)

Actual results:
isw: Intel Software RAID (0,1,01)

Patch for this issue has been added in Bugzilla bug 479425 -  Incorrect status displayed when disk is missing [status].
