Description of problem:
disc #2 from the supplementary media set is essentially empty.

Disc contains no packages or useful files not present on disc #1

The Supplementary CD is not installed via Anaconda installer and I think there's no need to rebuild the repodata on the first disc.

Alex, do you think that just removing the second disc iso would do the job?
Can you verify that all rpms from the first iso are installable?

According to comment #4, packages from the first disc are installable without any problems.
We can safely remove the second disc which is empty.

I found the same issue in the Server x86_64 tree:

-rw-rw-r-- 2 root root 610M Jan  7 17:50 rhel-server-supplementary-5.3-x86_64-disc1.iso
-rw-rw-r-- 2 root root 402K Jan  7 17:47 rhel-server-supplementary-5.3-x86_64-disc2.iso

Disc is also empty, without any rpm.
The fix will be exactly the same as in Client.

Both disc2 isos (Server-Supp. and Client-Supp.) have been moved outside the trees, SHA1SUM and discnames files have been modified.
