* Create kickstart profile
* Go to System Details -> Locale
* Note empty drop list
* Page can not be submitted.

Ran a few tests with the latest space05 code and it appears that the "Timezone" drop-down is currently being populated.  Using the drop-down, I was able to select a timezone and update the locale preferences without error.
