Description of problem:
ibus defines hotkeys for Next engine (and Previous engine), which can easily be triggered by mistake.  I suggest doing the same as we did for scim and only enabling it by default on Chinese desktop.

The default next engine hotkey is empty now.
Fixed in 0.1.1.20090203-1.fc10
