Expected results:

...stand-alone FTP server...

possible rewrite to remove rhetorical question:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux distributes vsftpd as the default, and only, FTP server, due to its ability to handle large numbers of connections efficiently and securely.

Committed changes to be picked up in a later release cycle.
