Description of problem:
Some of the options described in the man page are not recognized by the utility.

Steps to Reproduce:
$ man fiascotopnm
search for "-z" "--info" "--fps" "-H"
# fiascotopnm -z
fiascotopnm: invalid option -- z
Try `fiascotopnm --help' for more information.
# fiascotopnm --info
fiascotopnm: unrecognized option `--info'
Try `fiascotopnm --help' for more information.
# fiascotopnm --fps
fiascotopnm: unrecognized option `--fps'
Try `fiascotopnm --help' for more information.
# fiascotopnm -H
fiascotopnm: invalid option -- H

The package netpbm-progs-10.35.54-1.fc10 in Fedora 10 is also affected.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion, but this component is not scheduled to be updated in
the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. If you would like
this request to be reviewed for the next minor release, ask your
support representative to set the next rhel-x.y flag to "?".
