Description Roozbeh Pournader 2009-02-02 08:41:32 UTC
The Lohit Bengali font has dashes instead of glyphs for the actual Bengali characters in the following positions:

U+09F2 BENGALI RUPEE MARK
U+09F3 BENGALI RUPEE SIGN
U+09F4 BENGALI CURRENCY NUMERATOR ONE
U+09F5 BENGALI CURRENCY NUMERATOR TWO
U+09F6 BENGALI CURRENCY NUMERATOR THREE
U+09F8 BENGALI CURRENCY NUMERATOR ONE LESS THAN THE DENOMINATOR
U+09F9 BENGALI CURRENCY DENOMINATOR SIXTEEN

Either the glyphs should be designed and added to the font, or the dashes should be removed.

Yep, I noticed that recently. I am trying to get these and such missing glyphs added to the font asap. Not sure why there were dashes put on those places.

Comment 2 Rahul Bhalerao 2009-03-05 14:25:42 UTC
Fixed in lohit-fonts-2.3.8. Added the necessary glyphs.
