Description of problem:
cannot drag to move the panel

gnome-panel-2.25.90-1.fc11


How reproducible:
100% reproducible


Steps to Reproduce:
1. update the gnome-panel to rawhide
2. left-click on the top panel without releasing the mouse,
drag the top panel to right side (or any other side of you screen.)

Actual results:
just cannot be moved.


Expected results:
the panel cannot be moved by dragging.


Additional info:
the kernel is updated to 2.6.29-0.96.rc3.git12.fc11.i586

This functionality got changed to require a modifer. It uses the same modifier that is configured for moving regular windows in the Windows preferences.

This might be release note material.
