Is it possible to have support for xrandr 1.2 in RHEL5,
This is a real plus for Desktop use cases as it allows dynamic
clone/span single modes.

Any idea if this can be included in RHEL5.X ?

Not getting this in RHEL 5, but we will in RHEL 6 which AFAIK works for CSB.  The RHEL 6 bug is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=498078 so I'll remove this from the csb-6.0 tracker and add 498078
