I'm confused; the Spec URL isn't a link to a spec file, and the SRPM URL is a link to a tarball, not a source RPM.

If you're submitting a package for review, please provide a link to a spec file and source RPM so that someone can review it.

If you are asking for someone else to package this software, this isn't really the proper way to ask, because we expect both a complete package ready to review and a maintainer willing to maintain it going forward.  Instead, please add the software to the wishlist at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/WishList
