OpenOffice.org 3.1 [ta-IN] Translation is completed 100%.
And is already uploaded in pootle server.

"Please make it upstream" is not in my power of course, that'll be handled under http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=99663

But I'll add the updated translation into Fedora 11 which is what you want.
