iscsi-initiator-utils failed the mass rebuild (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_11_Mass_Rebuild ):

The reason is a missing buildreq on glibc-static.

Patch to fix the issue attached.

Thanks, a fixed version is building now and will show up in rawhide when it unfreezes from the beta freeze.
