Description of problem: When TPS server is down, try to enroll a security officer token shows a blank screen. It should throw an error indicating that it is unable to connect to the host. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): SC 8.0 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. On a blank card burn phone home url of Security officer. 2. In esc-prefs.js, set pref("esc.disable.password.prompt","no") and pref("esc.security.url","http://test.host.com:7888/cgi-bin/so/enroll.cgi" 3. Shutdown TPS server. 4. Re-start ESC and click the tray icon Actual results: Smart card manager with a blank screen is displayed. Expected results: An error message indicating that it is unable to connect to the host.
