Description of problem:
shared parent channels not available for the activation key base channel list

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ISO: Satellite-5.3.0-RHEL5-re20090323.0-i386-embedded-oracle.iso


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.create 2 orgs org1 & org2 with trust
2.create a channel channel1 and make it public in org1
3.go to org2 and navigate to systems->activation keys-> create new activation key.
4. see the base channel list to select from.
  
Actual results:
channel1 which is the shared channel from org1 is not available in the list.

Expected results:

shared channel is available in the base channel list of activation key.
