Description alan 2009-03-26 23:03:17 UTC
Description of problem:

Run /var/cache out of disk space during a download for an install. package-kit reports a download failure and then tells you to check your network connectivity

Expected results:

A warning about disk space instead

With 0.4.5 I get:

[hughsie@hughsie-work PackageKit]$ pkcon get-updates
Error: no-space-on-device: [Errno 28] No space left on device

This is only present in rawhide, the patch wasn't backported to F10. We can't really backport it into 0.3.x as it adds translations and breaks ABI and so would never be accepted upstream.
