Stripped out EWS component from Bug 490131 which was approved by GB 3/26.

Under this bug: 

AM needs to create and map a new product "Web Server" to the Product Family
"JBoss Enterprise Platforms".  The Web Server category should appear first in
the list, above "Application Platform"

AM needs to create a new product "Web Framework Kit" and map it to the product
family "JBoss Enterprise Frameworks".  

AM needs to map the existing product (PID 915)  "JBoss Developer Studio
Portfolio Edition" to the "Developer Tools" product family

AM needs to map a new product "BRMS Platform" to the "JBoss Enterprise
Platforms" product family.

This in stage. The stage push was completed around 1:30 this afternoon. For stage verification, we still need to create the product in Issue Tracker, and map skus for the product in SEP.
